Launch

Every Wednesday evening the Freshwater Independent Lifeboat crew have a practice launch which always draws a lot of spectators as the boat slides down it's small slipway.

The lifeboat covers a huge area of the South coast of the Island and is totally independent of the RNLI and run by a passionate group of volunteers and helpers.
