Another busy work day. New business today too.

It has been turning up from all directions for 5-6 weeks now, which is great, but very unusual for this time of year. I say "great", but I'm off on holiday on Monday evening for a week.

The weather was a bit unsettled and the wind damaged the rose bush which is next to the front door. Half is gone now, and I have lots of roses in vases.

Oddly, I 'd looked at the thing last night and wondered if it needed some support. Decided it could wait until the weekend...

Do you know a politics graduate (masters preferred, but not essential) who could work on a wee research project in the autumn? It's about youth voting patterns. It's paid, as is a trip to Brussels in Jan/Feb to present the results.
