Purple lacy Hydrangea

I love the many varieties of hydrangeas! They were a favorite of my mom's always. I have a few kinds of my own that I love too.

Hot here again...off to see my friend I've often featured here---Barb...she had her 87th birthday in May and is still doing pretty good. But it's been quite awhile since I've seen her so I'm going to pay a little visit this afternoon. Did my early twirly swim and walked the hooligans before the heat really seared down on us. They both got a few times in and out of the waters there at the slough too:)
