Grounded

After an exhausting two days in Montreal, and a walk through one of the neighbourhoods where we were considering an apartment, I managed to board an early flight home. About 10 minutes before the plan was to push off from the gate, lightning bolts were spotted so the ground crew was unable to work and the passengers and crew had to wait it out. After an hour or so, the plane doors opened and the people from the flight I was originally scheduled for began boarding, too. After another hour and a half, we all disembarked to wait in the airport's departure lounge. When the storm cleared we re-boarded for an uneventful flight home. I was a little late for my bridge game...
