Such a nice day, so went out for coffee then a walk. Couldn't concentrate to read my book , it's hard to relax when your heart feels like it is racing and pounding hard.
Gave up and wandered around Stockbridge. Couldn't tell you where I went, just turned corner after corner.
A penny kind of dropped while walking and thinking about things. Looking back I always find this time of year painful, my birthday soon and then a few days later it would have been dads. Subconsciously I think I dread it and this is how it affects me.
Am already thinking and dreading tomorrow, the usual Sunday with mum. That is not helping.
