Roller-disco

One of my friends turned 40 last week & I arranged a surprise party for her. Big Daughter had been to a roller-disco party and I rung the leisure centre to see if we could do it as adults. I actually had to get approval from the manager as apparently someone did it for a 30th party and they got drunk & someone broke an arm. Anyway after I explained that 40 year olds are more sensible and boring so they let me book it.

So there were 20 of us, flashing lights, glow stick necklaces, cheesy 80's music, pizza delivered and three 17 year old boys to look after us. They were good fun & young enough to be my children.... They were also happy to pose with me...
