Target Pre-Cruise Weight.....Achieved!!!!!!!!
Have lost that stubborn 6 lbs of bloat in just under three weeks by cutting out white starchy carbs. I've been existing on fruit, omelettes and anything and everything protein wise, grilled and served with a salad. Not even Bobby's burger Palace yesterday could thwart me!!!
This is what I woke up to this morning :) Packing the thinner clothes for Europe....if only I could fix the feet!!!!!
