Camp at Church, and Christian

Tonight at church the worship was led by some of the young folk from Camp, and lots of us got up to talk about the week. So lovely the way folk back here were thinking of us, and so interested in it all, and encouraging. Love this church.

Then, the Kings Arms was crowded with folk, including the pastor who spoke at Camp. While there, our son had the news that a good friend of his from Uni - Christian - has been in a climbing accident and is being operated on in Leeds at this very moment, with a 90% chance of being paralysed from the waist down - so we all prayed for him.

The highs and the lows, all mixed up - such is life...
