Heatwave

I took a half day off work before my days off as I had a job application that was due on Wednesday and wanted to have extra time to get things in order. It was so warm and gorgeous out that I decided to walk home and what a glorious day it turned out to be! I stopped into the Omni Center to check out the film times and it was then that I took this photo. I love the light and the architecture of the building reflected on the floor. I stopped a little further on at a cafe and as I picked up something to eat I considered not doing my application that afternoon and heading to the beach...so tempting! There will be other days for the beach, I hope.
