The early bird ...

Angie and I headed off early to the Chadkirk Festival.

Two hours too early in fact!
My blip shows Chadkirk's Well Dressing well before its official opening.

This year it commemorates the 100th Anniversary of WW1.

Whilst there, we managed to bag a bargain from The Bag Lady, Jean, who runs the sewing workshops at Patchfinders. I also bought a new case for my sunglasses.
We were heading home just as the fair opened officially.
A good morning's outing and the rest of the day untouched!
