Street Art

Today we embarked on a long free walking tour of Amsterdam. It was incredibly interesting to here more about the history of this incredibly unique city. Our tour included walking down a street that is famous for its graffiti and street art which I really enjoyed.

After the tour we went to a traditional Dutch Restaurant for dinner, where I ate a pretty delicious beef stew .

Then it was back to the apartment to begin the festivities and get ready for our night out in the Red Light District... it was certainly an experience! Having been told earlier that day that the District is actually the safest neighbourhood in Amsterdam definitely made me more relaxed about the whole situation. It turned out to be an incredibly fun night out and one to remember!
