Round up on the roundabout

Travelled to Sewerby near Bridlington to try a coastal park run. Slower than last week but on an undulating course compensated by sea views. It was also after a long bike ride yesterday so pleased just to get round.

On the way home stopped to blip the shepherd, his dog and sheep on this roundabout. It was not until I crossed onto the roundabout that I spotted the dog hidden in the long grass.

We then had a walk in Rosedale stopping off half way round for tea and cake before returning home to watch the Commonwealth Games. Listening to the crowd singing along with the Proclaimers.
