Fields of Gold

Billowing clouds of dust blowing gustily over the flat golden fields in the heat of the afternoon, signalled the height of summer and the harvest.

This John Deer combine was tracking up and down and I always find it impressive with the size of the machines used to gather in the harvest. The heat made it difficult to stay outside long and take shots but the driver has air-con!

In the distance you can see Bredon Hill with the Microwave Tower on the top.
