Going somewhere?

I couldn't go to France and not see Thomas, and luckily our schedules coincided. Pretty much. If you count a catch-up at 8.30am coinciding then ours definitely did!

So the reason I am in France is because my parents and I are going to Caroline and Sylvère's wedding. I will be the photographer at it, which I am pretty terrified about...but hopefully I will get some nice pictures for them! And the reason that I met Thomas at 8.30am is because at 10am he is going on holiday to Charleville-Mézières to see Baptiste. So as soon as I was off the ferry I headed straight into town to see him. I don't understand how he manages to still look stylish while carrying the amount of stuff that he had!! Anyways, it was so lovely to see him...hopefully see him again soon.


The rest of my morning, and the afternoon was spent with my parents, Caroline and Sylvère, Zoé, their daughter and Caro's parents setting up the hall for the wedding and reception. It was really nice to actually see the room take shape, and I am still in awe at how good a baby Zoé is. We were joined later on by Sylvère's parents, and then we all went out for dinner once everything was set up. Knackered by the end of the day...I forget how much speaking another language takes it out of you, tiredness-wise.
