Pool day 2

No apologies for another pool shot. It's were I spend the interesting but of my day but volunteers are not allowed to take photographs of athletes or celebrities. So here are the flags from a later medal ceremony.

Another cracking day. A brief morning at work, a chat with the beeb about voting then off back to Carntyne.  Minor problem,  I discovered I'd washed my trousers  with my train tickets for the week still in the pocket.  Not a good idea.

I was on seating tonight so a whole 4 hours in the sauna that is the seating bowl. It was a good night.  Some of the familiar faces from last night were back including the DFM, the Council leader and the LP. Rebecca Addlington was resplendent in a neon orange dress.

We had a couple of HRHs, and some fantastic competition.

But the v best bits - that amazing Scottish Gold which had the whole place on their feet shouting for Scotland and getting a kiss,  yes a kiss, from the 'Big Yin'.  And Bridget insisted on a photo was taken so hopefully I'll get a copy.
