cooling off..

A day on the beach, extremely hot and was nice to cool off before the tide receded like the Red Sea after Moses performed his magic trick.. Only it's something to do with the moon 'n' that not Moses... Returned home and was full on ill again last night.. It appears i'm worse from about 5pm onwards..... shhhhhhhhhivvvver!!
