Bella Vista

There was some really heavy fog earlier this morning, but I got out too late to capture it. This view looks east, toward the sun, and I liked how the dried roadside vegetation stood out against the middle and backgrounds. Being under drought conditions for such a long period really emphasizes the tinder-like quality to the brush, and makes it easier to understand the wildfire risk we have. My husband saw fire to the west of us today, with helicopters out making water drops to control it.
