Warren Strand this evening

It was another hot overcast humid morning, sweatily unpleasant and hard to concentrate on anything.
This afternoon we went for a swim at Toe Head and while I was in the water the sky suddenly cleared and the sun came out. Normally we have that beach to ourselves this year as the sand is replaced by pebbles and shingle, but today two German tourists who had parked up their camper van there brought deckchairs down to the beach and sat and watched us. Slightly disconcerting.

This evening I stopped off at Warren Strand for an hour on my way to Clonakilty. It was framing night at the Camera Club, getting our pictures ready for the exhibition which opens on Saturday.
I only put in one picture, but was quite pleased with how it looked.
