Today..........

I have felt pretty low at times, due mainly to interaction with people who I had thought I could trust.

But it's not all been bad news.

The guy I am training for his Instructor re-registration is a gentleman. Fastidious to the n'th degree with his attention to detail and a genuine all round good egg. Nice to work with.

And today I have.................cycled the Bath-Bristol path, but only as far as Bristol, triggered a 'slow down' speed sign, been cold - yes cold - and wet while on the bike (and I did not fall in the river before you ask) been held up in the city centre by a protest rally, followed within a couple of feet, a WW2 USA tank through the streets of Bristol, had a bite to eat washed down by a wonderful glass of cloudy, still, ice-cold cider, spoken to my dear wife on the phone while sitting on the banks of the Avon, enjoying the evening sun and managed to get back to my hotel, all in one piece.

Now to some long e-mails. Every silver lining..........

Oh and one more thing. I think I have some movement in my bottom bracket! Not good. :(
