Rosehaugh

"I may look angelic BUT you should have seen me 5 minutes ago!"

We went for a quiet, gentle stroll down to the stream at Rosehaugh to cool everyone off. The dogs were paddling, occasionally swimming, peacefully enjoying the stream.

THEN, along came Freddie, my peace was shattered!

"You're supposed to be hot" I said, "with no energy to move let alone run"

"But it's Freddie, our friend, he's miserable, were cheering him up."

Just to add to the excitement Freya bounded along, Bud's saluki/greyhound chasing partner. Off they all went at top speed up the path, down the path, into the stream, under the bridge, over the bridge, back into the stream then, horrors of horrors into the cornfield with all 3 owners yelling "come out of the cornfield. OUT, OUT, OUT. The factors coming!" But they didn't listen.

Finally they all returned, exhausted. We sent them back into the water to cool off, then it was leads on and a gentle, panting walk back to the cars, keeping our fingers crossed that the factor hadn't seen them in the cornfield!
