Unknown reddish critter

Back from the Forest of Dean yesterday with CoffeePotter and after sorting out our caravan and the hot water system which decided to give up the ghost washing our kit, I finally got my camera out.

With my best mates Ziggy and Hector we set off around the village, with plenty of black plastic bags in hand and a zest for something new.

Well, getting towards the end of the walk and I have little in the can until I came across this tiny insect, which I presume is feeding in these flowers along side the stream.

By the way the boiler had run out of juice.
