Crested Gecko --

-- or so I was told.
Mono Monday challenge hosted by GingerNan.
We don't have any pets now and I was determined not to add to the cat/dog collections so I went into town to visit "Pets at Home" and asked if I could photograph some of their less usual pets.
What a pleasant surprise, I had expected the usual no photos in here response, but once I explained the reason, they couldn't have been more helpful. Without being asked, the assistant was getting lizards, geckos etc out of their cases.
I left with the invitation to return if I wanted more photos, " Just ask first", I was told.
The only downside was the poor lighting and a I didn't want to use flash.
