Reggae Fest

Jill, Sue and I went the the Duluth Reggae Fest today. It was wonderful! We even had a warm beautiful day which was right in the spirit of things. I've never seen so many black people in one place in Duluth! The people watching was as great as the music. Many of the ladies were dressed to the nines with wonderfully intricate hairstyles. Even the children were dressed beautifully. It wasn't crowded so the children were able to run around and play soccer and several had hula hoops. It was just as much fun watching the ladies hoola hoop as the children. We stayed until it started getting dark. We will definately plan on going again next year. Especially if the weather is as cooperative.
