Supper

I was going to do mushroom pie and a chocolate cake for our friend's visit but it's been so hot that I re-thought things and did a lighter supper that didn't need us to put the oven on

There's been a bit of discussion in our house about what exactly constitutes a frittata. Needless to say, I'm wrong. But this is the approved version and very nice it was too with some salad
