a fierce red - I have a soft spot for these day lilies.

Last night I slept a deep and dreamless sleep until a phone call from one of the guys on site where they had a few problems to contend with. When I'd dealt with that and was sitting mulling things over I realised I felt much much better; relaatively pain free and much more mobile. Went back to sleep feeling quite positive

Today I'm just sitting around, taking a few phone calls and thinking. Nothing too stressful
