While the sun shines........

We past locals gathering hay, butterflies busy gathering nectar and bees gathering pollen on our walk today. As rain was forecast everyone/bee/butterfly was out making the most of it. So were we. It was a difficult blipping day as there was so much choice over wild alpine flowers and butterflies. Carpets of orchids laid the way up to the peak where we were lucky enough to glance at an eagle (obviously he was too shy for a blip! - as was yesterday's marmot and the day before's bouquetin). Yes, it is such a privilege to spend some time here in our favourite place and not to see a soul all day.
