Sand shapes

These ridge like patterns were exposed at low tide this morning.
At full tide this is under water and so during the night there must have been lots of ebbs and flows of different currents to create these patterns. This part of the beach is close to where the harbour meets the ocean so I guess there are some opposing currents. Yet another creation of nature to look upon and wonder at.
