i was drawn to it - as soon as i saw it

you know me and flowers though - i have no idea - what the name of this - flower is - i just know - it's red - true red - big and bold - out there - with its "in your face" - attitude - isn't that the way of some flowers - they make a statement, right? not meek and mild - no fading into the background - that's this one - it stands on its own - it is one proud flower - i suppose this is why it's red - for courage - the color of boldness - is that a word? one that will stand forth - be righteous - on your side - if you're feeling down - this would be a flower - which should give you some perk - a bit of a pick up - and most certainly - would make for...
