Healing Flower

Echinacea.

I know there is nothing it (or I) can do to ease any of the pain and suffering that weighs so heavy on the world today, but I hope that just offering this healing flower will neutralise some of it.
Or maybe it will neutralise some of the anger I am feeling. But if my anger goes, there will be only sadness left.


My thoughts are with all the friends and family of the passengers and crew of MH17, the innocent people of Gaza and the Central American children on the run from violence in their towns only to be met by angry white mobs at the US border.
