Poddington Peas

Blimey, what a scorcher it's been today!

We haven't done much. Never do on a Thursday.

We took a trip to the garden centre for a potter around and P played in the play area whilst I enjoyed a blueberry muffin and a cuppa.

This afternoon we took a walk to the shop to get some milk and bread. I think I nearly melted on the way home...

Once back indoors P helped to prepare tea by podding the peas for me. She was really good at it and she didn't want to stop until she had finished the bag. They tasted delicious with some new potatoes and chicken.
