Three Courses of Summer
Heather, James and I have planned and prepared a slap up three course meal for Lindsey and Dave this evening - including a beautifully decorated table with menus and place settings from Heather and James.
It really has been a team effort!
Blistered peppers, pomodorini, mozzarella and pesto (Heather) with freshly baked bloomer (me) to start.
Followed by roasted parsnip, puy lentils and watercress salad (me)
And to finish upside-down lemon cheesecake (James)
I do hope they enjoy it!
