Evening ....

Very peaceful day here today. I woke up feeling fairly clogged up with a head cold and very tired. My lovely 10 yr old niece who is here with us and who is sharing the bedroom with Ella and I is a constant sleep talker !! During the day she chatters non-stop , and now I know that she continues 24 hrs! It is very entertaining but all night I kept worrying that she was actually awake and needed help or something! So , I ended up catching up on some sleep this afternoon.... Dad took the girls down to the wharf to do some sprat fishing, something we all love to do up here. I heard Mr Tui singing away happily , still no pics yet! It has been sunny but cold.. Only 12degrees, just like at home in Christchurch really .... A glimpse of a sunset from the verandah tonight .
