beautiful west cork

I'm starting to feel properly at home again now.

We went to Toe Head beach and I went in for a swim. I had bought myself some surf shoes so that I could go in on the stony beach. We had it all to ourselves. On the drive home we watched a kestrel hovering for a long while and I just caught this shot as it soared away, though you need to go large to see it!
