Who's in the wiggle house

We were!

I took Kanye to see his idols The Wiggles today. He absolutely loves them. We have all the dvds, we have games,, books and toys. His favourite from the beginning has been Anthony ( blue wiggle). We have the plush Anthony doll that came with us.

We had really good seats, only 5 rows from the front and we were to the left against the wall. I kind of wished we were on aisle seats because Anthony went up the aisle and I would have loved to get a pic of Kanye with him.

Kanye was super excited the whole time. He clapped, sang and did some actions. He was such a good boy. I had harper in the front pack, he was asleep for the first part of it then when he woke he watched the show for a bit before getting antsy. Thank god for raisins I put them one by one in my hand and he spent ages eating them.

When we left, Kanye didn't make a fuss or throw a tantrum. He walked with me holding my hand. We went and got mar who was at my father in laws place, he's not keen on the wiggles so spent the afternoon there.

So pleased i could take him, we missed last year's and the year before. Even with new members they are still such a great kids group and there's not many who have lasted as long as they have. One thing I want to do for Kanye is take him to wiggle land in Australia at dreamworld. Every time he has a big seizure and i think this could be it i could lose him the urge to get him there before/if that happens is huge. It means more than us buying a house right now. I would love to be able to take him for his 10th birthday next year.

So remember how I've been saying I've been cold for the last couple of days and I've been pretty tired well this morning i was so tired and not feeling myself that after I fed the kids i fell asleep on the couch. I never do that. Then as the day went on things were agitating me- small things. After the wiggles when I got home, i was so cold, my face, head and neck ached. My ears ached as well as my sinuses which started getting blocked up. Now I feel like rubbish. This always happens. I get so tired my body makes me stop by making me sick. It's going around though. Andre said there were a lot off sick at his work today, my mother in law is recovering from whatever this is, the boys have been stuffed up and my close friend texted today saying she's getting over pneumonia! ! She's a nurse at the hospital and she's meant to be doing night shift next week!

I was starting to think we were all doing pretty well on the illness front other than chicken pox. I have to get better though there's no time for me to be sick, i have 3 boys and andre can't take leave. My dad is visiting tomorrow which doesn't happen often so I need to get better. Been drinking the pulpy oj and had 2 cups of hot soup so hopefully that's a start.

Andre swooped in when he got home and fed the kids and changed them, put them to bed and has been taking care of me.
