Excuse me ducks

They would not move, when I tried to get past on the way home today so I may have scared them a bit to get them to move. Which i felt was slightly mean about but it made harper laugh so it was fine.

I walked a lot today.

Mum arrived early today to take the boys to her place to play. Kanye was a bit shouty, not quite himself. He was in timeout twice before 9 am. I don't know why but he was pretty angry with the world.

I didn't get a good sleep, i really did not want to get up. I really didn't want demands for breakfast from the boys as soon as I walked in the kitchen. I stayed in bed as long as i could before Marley came in 'mama wake up i need toast' ugh it begins. Harper would not get in his bed last night every time I put him in he cried. He's still pretty snuffly so I'm wondering if that was it.

To add to tiredness I just can't get get warm these last two days. Last night it was -3 so nippy but my feet and just generally my body- i haven't felt warm since yesterday morning.

So after the boys left i walked in to town and had lunch with andre at hachi hachi. The miso i had was really good not as good as my sister in law Sachi's, but good enough. I had teriyaki chicken katsu which was delicious. Took a wee while to arrive though but the taste made up for the wait time. And i had a few things to keep me occupied like andre and harper and a few of the crusaders walking in for lunch - ritchie mccaw, Israel dagg, Ryan crotty, Dominic bird and a couple of others. They are big guys. I only realized it was them after seeing ritchie, the others i only recalled after looking online with andre. If I manage to stay awake to watch a game I'm not usually looking at their faces so I didn't recognize some, those guys have nice thighs and bums in little shorts running around haha. Sorry andre! I still love you!

Back to blip, I really enjoyed having lunch with andre, i miss having time together. Harper ate a lot of rice and being the sticky kind he was covered. I left, andre went back to work while I intended to bath harper when I got home except he fell asleep. Oh well let the rice baby sleep.

I made my in laws some lamb casserole and took it over to them when harper woke and I had cleaned him up. While there mum came back here to mine with the boys. I said i wouldn't be long but wound up staying at my in laws a while. It was nice to sit and have a cup of tea, not having to deal with fighting or food demands or whose turn it was to watch TV. I kept procrastinating. I decided i had better head home.

I walked in the door to Marley running to me with open arms ' i missed you mama' while Kanye squealed and shouted for ipad. Seriously this kid today he's really pushing it. He wound up in time out 2 more times for taking things and trying to grab marleys hair. He really let loose in timeout and screamed the bathroom down. Second time though he was teary so he knew he was misbehaving. I knew he was really tired and not coping with much but i can't let that be a reason that misbehaving is ok. Marley needs to see Kanye gets the same treatment even with a disability.

By the time andre got home i was ready for bed. My shins ached - stupid me only wearing ballet flats walking all day when i know i have shin splints. I was still cold and still am now.

At least I can be glad they ate their dinner tonight. All of them - the same thing. I know i nearly fell off my chair.
