Faux Falls

This is one of the numerous water features in the large atriums at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville. The extensive plantings have an almost tropical feel and include many types or orchids, lush plants with variegated foliage, palm trees, and other plants more native to the southern United States. If you didn't know better, you would think this photo was taken in a rain forest or some wild, undeveloped location. I was pleased with the falling water effect.
