Workout

This is all that's left of the old boxing club. It will be flats soon. This was taken on the early morning walk with Mrs S and the pug & whippet show. By this time the bags of pebbles had been emptied out of the car and on my return home I accompanied Joe to his daily swim. He bashed out 20 lengths today without stopping. Kids swim for free over the summer break so I'm happy to encourage him and as he's been at the trampolining centre all afternoon I reckon he'll sleep well tonight.

Quiet evening, Mrs S recovering from a migraine, Joe and Ruby out, Eve on the laptop and the dogs snoring away.
