Thrift shop

I'm advising two companies who are considering merging and today spent most of my time with the two owners. Thriftiness should be their watchword. Mind you, this blip is of a doorway into a bank that over stretched itself so much it had to be bailed out by the tax payers (us) then broken up into pieces to overcome regulations about state aid, rebranded to put a Scottish gloss back on it and, last month, sold to a Spanish company. What are us poor sods supposed to do if that's the way the Masters Of The Universe conduct themselves.
