Harrods by Night

It looks like so many Christmas trees trimmed with fairy lights every single night!

Whilst I am glad that I have been lucky not to work many closes so far, I must admit this was an uplifting sight that swelled the soul and made me feel proud to work at Harrods. I was told how many light bulbs cover the building, and how many need to be replaced every week, but I cannot remember and perhaps that is a good thing as knowing that they need replacing at all somehow dampens their charm and magic!

A good busy day at work lead by Frozen stock meant we were up on our forecast by a considerable amount which made me happy and dinner of trout and French fries filled my hungry belly when I came home.

Today I am grateful for the hard work of the team in store today helping us beat our target for a successful day.
