Air Ambulance

There was drama in church this morning as a lady collapsed during the service. We had a nurse in the small congregation who laid the lady on a pew and made her comfortable until the ambulance arrived. The poor vicar decided the service had better continue so as to not create a panic and manfully continued with the ambulance crew setting up monitoring equipment and the like under his nose. Surprisingly, the air ambulance was called, to take her to the cardiac unit in Lincoln no doubt. It landed in the field next to the church. The lady was smiling and talking as she left so fingers crossed she will make a quick recovery.
