Insects on Oenothera

Tiny insects crawl across the flowers of a low, shrubby Evening Primrose (Oenothera sp.) on a warm, humid, cloudy summer's afternoon.

From the foliage - scarcely visible in this photograph - I think this may be the Narrow-leaved Sundrop (O. fruticosa).
