Sidi Bou

Arrived in Tunisia this morning. After a tour of the ancient city of Carthage, we visited Sidi Bou which is a little ancient town built on a hillside. It is pedestrian traffic only as the streets are quite narrow. The claim to fame is the white-washed houses with blue doors and windows. It was quite charming. Of course when I saw this yellow door, I was taken by the thought of the owner who must have quite a strong identity to be able to go against the norm. It wasn't until looking closer that I noticed the cat sitting by the door. Didn't even register it when I took the picture.
