Emma's Chicken Curry (2014.186)

There has been some culinary experimentation in the kitchen this week by the children. Some of it more successful than others.

This "quick chicken curry" took 2hrs to make, and wasn't spicy at all, but it was actually very tasty, and the children (who are a bit suspicious of curry) scoffed the lot. The parents' tasting plate was made much nicer with just the addition of a sliced fresh chilli, so it can be counted as a success.
