Folk Day

Yesterday was a very busy day.

In the afternoon the ceilidh band that I play in had a gig at Ellesmere Folk Day. There were lots of varied acts performing during the afternoon and evening. The blip is of a couple of members of the band that followed us - they play zydeco music with great gusto!

I had an hour at home then was off to play for an evening ceilidh at a wedding. It was a lovely occasion with lots of enthusiastic dancers. I got to bed at 2.00 am so quite a full day!
