Going through the lock

This is Marton Upper Lock on the Llangollen Canal which is close to where I live. I had a walk along the towpath as it was a lovely sunny afternoon.

 There were a number of narrowboats on the canal and they were having to queue up to go through the locks. It's so different to wintertime when I don't meet anyone else when I'm walking there.
