Flamingo

We visited Birdland in Bourton-on-the-Water today. It was a surprisingly good venue with a very good array of birds. The light was very bright so shadows were causing havoc with exposures. That said it helped make a few shots stand out. The crowned cranes were fantastic and I got the shot I was after. However the stand out shot from the session was this one. The light and shade just worked perfectly on this Pink Flamingo.
