Year 2, Day 173 - Good Morning

Well, it was sunny this morning when I went out with the dog but by the time we left Aviemore, the skies were clouded over and by the time we got to Pitlochry it was p'ing down! Well, that's us back home now anyway - the only negative about the week was having to share a bed with Dale ... Looking forward to my own bed tonight!!!!

I noticed last week when we headed up to Aviemore, that the average speed cameras have been erected but are not operating yet - I still don't see how they will help. Maybe I have a simplistic view but the problem with the A9 is not so much the speeders but the lack of dual carriageway! Drivers get frustrated because slow moving vehicles won't pull in to allow others to pass and there are few places to allow overtaking. The Government needs to spend money on upgrading this road!!!!
