Moon over the Mendips.

This is the view from home a few moments ago. The moon is so large and bright this evening although it is not really dark yet. We are so lucky to have such a lovely view and tonight it was especially lovely.


Farming - hauling straw bales and as usual two tractors and trailers hauling compost. Also one tractor and tanker out moving slurry from a dairy farm. Lee our driver came in to log his hours smelling of cow dung. Not his favourite smell to say the least! Lots of mowing of domestic lawns here today , and a lot of strimming too. It's that time of year when a good ' hair cut' is needed all round the place. Despite this there are lots of areas for wildlife to enjoy too!
