Kofte & hassleback sweet potatoes

Look at my yummy dinner!
I did post a pic of the beetroot leaves I picked this morning, but I'm so excited about the dinner I made this eve that I deleted that pic and put a pic of my dinner here instead. Possibly it was the pimms at Calum's cricket training that has contributed to quite how chuffed I am with this meal. I've not made it before - I just hope it tastes as good as it looks! I'll maybe let the beetroot leaves join it on a plate.
