Cornwall Day 4

The Farmhouse we are staying in is having a new thatched roof and there are three Master Thatchers on the job (two guys and a gal). They did warn us that they might be a little late this morning as they were attending a gig last night at the Eden Project; and they were, so after the first tea run we were somewhat late in getting going. We had a lot of things to sort out in Newquay this morning and the precious day seem to run away but we popped into the Zoo and enjoyed a leizurely afternoon there. After the Meerkats I love the Bird House where you are amongst so many colourful birds from all parts of the world flying free.

This was a very cheeky little Pekin Robin who seemed to understand every word I said to him?!!
